BTS’ Jimin is still the most-trusted by brands in South Korea as he continues to top the Individual Idol Brand Reputation Rankings by the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation for the month of April. He got a score of 9,627,078 which is 15.39% higher than his score last March.
Former WannaOne center Kang Daniel, who is now a successful solo artist, maintains his second-place position by scoring 9,253,662. He had a 12% increase compared to his previous month’s score. Last month’s third placer Ong Seong Wu, however, dropped to 9th place this April. The new bronze-holder is TVXQ’s Changmin who just re-entered the Top 30 this month.
The boys continue to dominate the rankings by occupying the Top 3 positions and with a total of 18 entries in the Top 30. The girls have 12 entries this month with MAMAMOO’s Solar in fourth place, the highest-ranked among the females. 4 ITZY members left the Top 30 this April.
The elements being considered in ranking a total of 1,135 individual idols are: consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness index.
