Since 2010, Derrick Monasterio and Barbie Forteza have been working together in teleseryes, sitcoms, variety shows, and other Kapuso programs. It was in 2012 when GMA-7 started to pair them up via the telefantasya “Paroa: Ang Kwento ni Mariposa.” Although the two went separate ways in 2017 as Barbie was paired with Ken Chan in the rom-com series “Meant To Be” and the romantic movie “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter;” while Derrick was cast in “Mulawin vs Ravena,” the two are reunited this year via the movie “Almost a Love Story” and the upcoming primetime series “Inday Will Always Love You.”
