Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 winner and Kapuso actress WinWyn Marquez topbills the Metro Manila Film Festival 2021 entry “Nelia.”

In the upcoming suspense thriller, WinWyn will play the titular role of Nelia, a nurse who get to experience strange and eerie things in the hospital where she work. Out of curiosity, Nelia tries to uncover the mystery behind a series of what seemingly just ordinary deaths in their workplace.

Produced by A and Q Productions Film, other cast-members in “Nelia” include Mon Confiado, Dexter Doria, Dan Alvaro, Lloyd Samartino, Vin Abrenica, Ali Forbes, Shido Roxas and Raymond Bagatsing as Dr. Rey. Introducing in the movie are Juan Carlos Galano and Aldwin Alegre.

Directed by Lester Dimaranan with screenplay written by its producer Melanie Honey Quiño, “Nelia” is slated to deliver screams in cinemas nationwide beginning December 25, 2021.
