It’s a month-long celebration of mothers’ love on POPTV as the newest Pinoy streaming service highlights movies for all kinds of moms this May.

An official entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival in 2010, “Rosario” tells the empowering story of Rosario Pereira, a young and liberated woman who is born ahead of her time. There are moms by blood and there are also moms by choice just like the characters of Trisha, played by Paolo Ballesteros in “Die Beautiful,” and Mariel, played by Sharon Cuneta in “Madrasta,” streaming this May 22 and 23.

Lastly, POPTV also honors dads that play the role of moms as it streams the movies “Northern Lights” starring Piolo Pascual, and “Home Along Da Riles The Movie,” starring King of Comedy Dolphy in his unforgettable role as Mang Kevin Cosme, this May 29 and 30.
