Marion Aunor Signs Contract with Viva Artists Agency

Marion Aunor rose to fame after winning third place in the 2013 “Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs” with her composition “If You Ever Change Your Mind” which served as her debut single in the music industry. A month after, she signed a recording deal with Star Music and has released her self-titled album, “Marion Aunor.”

In the 2014 “Himig Handog,” she became the interpreter of the song “Pumapag-ibig” by Jungee Marcelo which was one of the finalists that year. In 2015, she released her second album called “MARION,” dropping her surname Aunor as part of reinventing herself.

This year, Marion Aunor pledges to continue making beautiful music as she signs a contract with Viva Artists Agency, the management who handles the career of Jadine (James Reid and Nadine Lustre) and Popstar royalty Sarah Geronimo.

The decision delighted her fans as they look forward for her new hits and exciting projects in the future. Furthermore, her agreement with Viva is not bound in the music department only as the agency said they might also give her acting and hosting stints. She believes Viva can revive and level up her career and she’s really grateful.

“Viva can point me to the right direction. Here, I can be myself and improve my craft. I feel like I’ve gone through all the phases like soulful pop-ballad to sexy edgier thing tapos EDM. So I really don’t know what to do with myself anymore and I just wanted to kind of revive my career sa local front. I feel like VIVA is perfect vehicle for that to happen. I’m very excited for what’s to come and I’m very grateful for my new VIVA family,” the singer-songwriter said.
