Broadcast journalists Maan Macapagal and Dominic Almelor will detail how two friends trapped under a van were rescued this Wednesday (April 24) in “Pinoy True Stories: Saklolo.”

A delivery van stopped to give way to five friends crossing Araneta Avenue in Quezon City. Unfortunately, the said delivery van was struck by another truck following it, causing the van to plow into the five pedestrians.

Among the five, two were dragged under the delivery van and were severely injured. People around the area who saw the accident immediately came to rescue them by lifting the van. One of them crawled his way out, while the other one was left unconscious and was later rescued.

Meanwhile, Karen Davila will investigate an employer’s charge against his employee who was said to be stealing from him tomorrow (April 25) in “Pinoy True Stories: Engkwentro.”
