Their first team-up was a box-office success. Now, Sarah Geronimo reunites with Gerald Anderson to face a box-office challenge - to surpass the earnings of their first film "Catch Me...I'm In Love."

The Sarah-Gerald tandem has been proven as one of the best love teams in Philippine cinema by virtue of the P120.21 million box-office gross of their first movie “Catch Me…I’m In Love” which was shown last March.

Come November 30, the “Ashrald” love team is facing a difficult challenge- to surpass the box-office gross of their first movie and to match, if not beat, the earnings of previous co-productions of Star Cinema and Viva Films–“No Other Woman” and “Praybeyt Benjamin”–now the Top 2 highest-grossing Filipino movies of all time.

Because of this, Sarah and Gerald are a bit nervous and pressured to maintain that rank. “Siyempre nandun yung kaba kasi ine-expect ng tao na sana malagpasan or mapantayan man lang yung nagawa namin sa Catch Me…I’m In Love,” expressed Sarah.

On “Won’t Last A Day Without You,” Sarah portrays the role of a disc jockey who’s afraid to fall in love. “Ako dito si DJ Heidi. Ang aking mga pinagdaanan dito, parang in a way naging man-hater ng konti. Ayoko yung mga ugali ng lalaki na babaero. Tapos hindi siya tipikal na role na ginagawa ko na hindi pa naka-experience ng first love. Kumbaga may experience na yung character ko dito.”

Meanwhile, Gerald shared that his role in their new movie is somehow different from his usual roles. “Ako dito si Andrew. Down-to-earth na happy-go-lucky kind of guy.” But although they’re faced with new roles, Sarah and Gerald are up to the challenge. “Sobrang hirap kasi nag-a-adjust pa kami, sobrang layo talaga sa first movie namin. Pero feeling ko makukuha din namin. So dapat abangan kung paano magka-clash yung dalawa, kung paano kami mai-in love at kung paano kami magkaka-developan sa movie,” shared Gerald.

Above everything else, Sarah and Gerald still enjoys every bit of their work despite the all the pressure. “Tulad ng ibang movie na ginawa ko, mahirap magpadala sa pressure na kailangang maging successful yung project. So ine-enjoy na lang namin at director naman namin si Direk Raz dela Torre. Nagtutulungan kami dito para mapaganda talaga yung movie,” said Sarah.

In fact, the love team admitted that they’re closer and more comfortable with each other now. Sarah jokingly said, “Link na link na nga kami eh.” Meanwhile, Gerald expressed “Basta I am really happy na naka-partner ko si Sarah.”
