Manny Pacquiao VS Miguel Cotto in November

Our Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao is aiming to become the first boxer in history to win seven world titles as he takes on WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto this November.

Cotto has finally agreed to fight at 145 pounds with his title on the line on November 14, 2009. The bout is dubbed as “Firepower” and it will be held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pacquiao had previously won the WBC flyweight, IBF super bantamweight, WBC junior lightweight, WBC lightweight and IBO junior welterweight crowns. He also won the lineal junior welterweight title during his last fight against Ricky Hatton. If he wins against Cotto this November, Pacman will make history as the first boxer in the world to have seven (7) titles.
