Since Gaby dela Merced offered herself in exchange for Yayo's return inside the Big Brother house, the power to decide was given again by kuya to the avid televiewers to choose among the two in a text poll for 24 hours. And the people has spoken. 74.30% percent was in favor of Gaby to stay inside the big yellow house while only 25.70% was in favor of Yayo.

Yayo Aguila brought home a cash prize of P250,000.00 though, as approved by Endemol, the owner of the Big Brother franchise.

It was also announced that there will no longer be a nomination as the remaining seven housemates are now vying for the Big four.

The seven housemates are:
