D new member drives along w/o headlights or high beams & d 1st car 2 flash headlyts @ him becoms his TARGET. He is required 2 chase & spot dat car den shoot & kill every 1 in d vehicle 2 complete his initiation. Ds warning s frm POLICE stations nationwide. Pls 4ward 2 family & friends."
