The 20 beautiful candidates for Miss Resorts World Manila 2013 competed for Best in Swimsuit and Darling of the Press on Tuesday night, Oct. 1, 2013.

After the contestants walked the ramp wearing the official swimsuit for the competition, members of the press and bloggers who were invited to grace the event scored each candidate from a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest. The candidate who received the highest total score and won the title “Media Darling” is Natasha Cardel (#5).

The best in swimsuit, on the other hand, were selected by the board of judges namely Tati Fortuna, Managing Director of Scribble Works Productions; Martin Paz, Chief Integrated Marketing Officer of Resorts World Manila; Stephen Reilly, Chief Operating Officer of Resorts World Mania; Scott Sibley, Chief Hotel Operating Officer of Resorts World Manila; and Jeff Evora, Sr. Director for Gaming Events and Promotions of Resorts World Manila.

The award for Best in Swimsuit goes to Jaysel Arroza (#11).

Both ladies won P25,000.00 worth of gift certificates from Calayan.

The coronation night for Miss Resorts World Manila 2013 is happening on Nov. 30 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
