MTRCB Warns TV Networks About ‘Comedy Bar’ Humor

In line with the latest controversy about Vice Ganda's "rape joke," the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) on its official Twitter account is reminding television networks to be careful with the infusion of "comedy bar humor" in their shows.
