His coming out may not be as dramatic as Rustom Padilla's in Pinoy Big Brother 7 years ago but perhaps the most fabulous in the country's LGBT community because it was accompanied by a music video. His name is Sebastian Castro, a Cosmo hunk.

The name Sebastian Castro might not have rung a bell in your system after you read the title of this post but after his confession on YouTube last night and the release of his music video titled “Bubbles,” he is set to become a household name.

Nicknamed “Seb,” this stunning 23-year-old model is actually not Filipino. He is of Peruvian-Japanese descent who grew up in the United States, took a vacation in the Philippines and fell in love with the country. He’s one of those I’d like to call Pinoy-hearted expats.

He appeared in Cosmopolitan Philippines’ COSMOMEN in 2011 and currently one of the most sought-after male models in the country today. Just like the other foreign models who also entered showbiz, Seb is somewhat taking the same path.

Without further ado, here is Sebastian’s coming out video which he uploaded on his official YouTube channel “Sebastian Castro” yesterday, February 18:

The first 15 seconds of the video summed it all up: “I am gay. I am proud to be gay.”

Prior to his coming out, Sebastian also released his music video titled “Bubbles” last week, February 12 to be exact. It bears a warning: may be inappropriate for some users, so watch with caution.
