Zendee Rose Tenerefe Debuts on US TV via ‘Ellen’ (Video)

Zendee Rose Tenerefe, the Pinay YouTube sensation also known as "random girl," guested on the US talk show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

Zendee Rose became a household name after a video of herself singing “And I Am Telling You” in an appliance store in SM Megamall using a demo videoke machine became viral on YouTube and various social networking sites.

Because of the video, the 21-year-old GenSan native bagged a recording deal, front acted in various concerts, performed in Party Pilipinas and other Kapuso programs, received invitations to audition for “The Voice” in the US and to grace “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

And just recently, she did guested on the US talk show “The Ellen Degeneres Show.” With the stint, Zendee became the fourth Pinoy to be invited by the famous talk show host to perform live on her show after Charice, Rhap Salazar and Maria Aragon. She was accompanied by her parents.

After her energetic performance, which got a standing ovation from the audience, Ellen gave Zendee an iPad perched on a mini videoke machine as a gift.
