North and Central Luzon Protégés starred in a short film titled "Maria Dolorosa" with no less than the Diamond Star, Maricel Soriano.

Ricky Davao‘s protégés–Reese Tayag, Shelly Hipolito, and Japs de Luna–showcased their acting skills alongside the Diamond Star Maricel Soriano via the short film “Maria Dolorosa” which was written by Palanca awardee Floy Quintos and directed by Cannes Filmfest awardee Brillante Mendoza.
