Henry Omaga-Diaz will look into the alleged reforms in New Bilibid Prisons maintained by the Bureau of Corrections, whose officials are accused of corrupt practices in “Krusada” tomorrow (April 19).

Henry will tackle issues tainting the Bilibid such as anomalous contracts for its renovation, reportedly poor jail conditions, and low pay for prison guards.

“If we want to reform our prisoners, we should first evaluate the officials who oversee them,” Henry said.
