‘Krusada’ Celebrates Christmas with Impoverished Kids

Amidst festive gatherings and gift-giving during the holiday season, broadcast journalist Henry Omaga-Diaz will explore how homeless children and young cancer patients celebrate Christmas this Thursday (Dec 29) in “Krusada.”

In the current affairs program’s Christmas special, Henry will throw a special party for the indigent kids of the Center for Health Improvement and Life Development (CHILD Haus) and Grace Christian Mission.

Meet the benevolent people who look after the shelters’ kids, including successful hairdresser and make-up artist Ricky Reyes, who put up CHILD Haus and has pleaded help from civic organizations in behalf of the children.

Through the episode, Henry hopes to remind viewers why we celebrate the holidays – the birth of the savior Jesus Christ and sharing one’s blessings with less fortunate people.

Because it takes more than words to make a stand, listen and be one with Henry’s crusade this Thursday (Dec 29) after “Bandila” on ABS-CBN or watch it earlier on DZMM TeleRadyo (SKyCable Channel 26), 9:15 PM.
