Philippine Azkals now has 1-3 win-loss slate in SEA Games football.

Philippine Azkals Under-23 team lost to Myanmar in the ongoing 26th Southeast Asian Games (SEAG) men’s football on Sunday.

Myanmar demolished the Azkals Jr. with a score of 5 to 0.

Although the Junior Azkals won in their match against Laos, their loses against Timor Leste, Vietnam and now from Myanmar definitely hurt their chance to advance to the medal rounds.

Their next game will be against Brunei this afternoon, November 15.

Vietnam and Myanmar are expected to advance in the medal rounds instead, against winners and runner-up from Group A (possibly Indonesia and Malaysia).
