Matteo Guidicelli Airs Public Apology on Reported Fistfight with Coco Martin
Matteo aired his public apology yesterday, September 5, during the live telecast of ABS-CBN’s noontime show “Happy Yipee Yehey!” where he is one of the co-hosts.
Here is the transcript of Matteo’s apology:
I’m very, very sorry for what happened. It was a very unnecessary matter.
Sorry talaga sa nangyari. Sa lahat ng mga fans. Sa lahat ng mga bosses namin, sorry talaga po.
Tita Cory, nandun po sya eh. Sir Deo, nandun sila. Sorry talaga.
At sa lahat ng mga direktor at sa lahat ng mga taong naaapekto, the biggest sorry…the biggest sorry. I’m very sad.
You know Kuya John (referring to John Estrada who was currently beside him) nandito ako bilang artista para magpapasaya ng tao, para mag-smile sila…pero heto we had a problem and I’m very, very sorry.
Gagawa po ako ng paraan para maging maayos ang lahat.

Matteo reportedly punched Coco Martin after the latter kissed her girlfriend Maja Salvador. The altercation happened right after the Star Magic Ball which was held at the Manila Peninsula (CLICK HERE FOR RELATED ARTICLE).

we should not be saying anything because only the people involved and those around them know what exactly happened. don’t believe too much about tweets of people not involved because it may not be accurate. but, i will comment in general… punching is very unnecessary especially they are showbiz people and especially if the reason is mababaw. don’t apply the question “e pano kung gf mo hinalikan?” of course, that’s very different because we are not showbiz people. in showbiz, kiss for them is part of being in showbiz, and that case, they are in a party. i would “assume” it’s only smack and not even a torid kiss. isa pa, u don’t just punch rightaway, civilized people talk it out and not make a scene.
i like them all – maja, mateo and coco – as actors and actress. they are very good in their jobs. no biases here. so now, move on and continue to make good movies.

the scenario is normal to a man who loves so much his gf. Buti lang yung sa kanila si Coco lang ang sumuntok compared to my friends na kutsilyo ang hawak ng isa. Lahat na nandoon at nagsegawan at nagtakbuhan.
Walang lalaking hindi magagalit sa pangyayari. Pwera lang kung nag Gf Gf ka lang para panakip butas. Hindi yun papalag.
For me Maja and Matteo could be blamed dahil tainatago kasi nila ang relatioship nila. Kung tatanungin sila sasabihin lang na they are comfortable with each other. Parang OO or Hindi. Unlike the way Piolo na sinabi sa madla that KC is already taken. period at wala ng umaaligid aligid kay KC.
I hope Matteo dump her. Although Maja is a talented person, she has been in many controversial issues linking to different men. If I were Matteo ligawan nalang nya si Kim Chui.
