Hero TV presents ‘April Idols’ this summer…

The bursting heat of the sun will go full blast as summer excitement just got bigger. So, prepare for the newest adventures and quests that will surely take you to the edge of your seats! Plus, get ready to be mesmerized by the sweetest and the cutest pop sensations as Hero TV presents the April Idols.

Hear today’s most sought after celebrities as they voice over the witty and humorous characters in the much-awaited anime Lovely Idol, starting on April 23, 12:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Lovely Idol is a pop idol-group composed of six talented young ladies. Their goal is to shake the stage of Tokyo and prove that they are the best pop idol group in town. Catch the exciting revelation of who among Philippines’ most favorite stars will share their beautiful voice and become Hero TV’s next pop sensation.

Hero TV also wants this season of the sun to be as exciting and adventurous as ever. Adding to the fun and excitement for the month will be One Outs (April 28) and Koutetsu Sangokushi (April 16).

Meet Hiroma Kojima as he introduces a different side of playing baseball. Through his journey of being the best batter of Lycaons, he will show how intricate life can be with every pitch he’s about to make. Catch One Outs Mondays through Fridays, starting April 28 at 7:00pm with replays at 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. the following day.

Koutetsu Sangokushi, on the other hand, is an action packed anime that tackles love and hope in the middle of a battlefield. In order to return peace and harmony in their country, the inheritor must find the lost imperial seal on a journey that reveals the truth about his destiny. Get into the action and watch Koutetsu Sangokushi, Saturdays and Sundays starting April 16 12:30 a.m., 6a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Also jazzing up this summer are world-acclaimed animated movies on Hero Theatrixx, Sundays of April, 8p.m. Catch Surf’s Up (April 10 and 24) and Monster House (April 17) on its original English theatrical release; while Osamu Tezuka’s Metropolis (April 16 and 30) and Paprika (April 23) will be aired on its original Japanese audio release with Filipino subtitle.

Hero TV, most wanted animated anime channel in the Philippines also takes pride in airing once again the well-loved anime titles such as Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Code Grass and Blue Dragon.
