For the first time in the local edition of the Endemol reality show, a male contestant won the title of Pinoy Big Brother. With 506,402 text votes or 32.17% of the total number of votes, Ruben Gonzaga is announced the winner of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 at the Araneta Coliseum.
