ABS-CBN’s Bandila Earns an International Emmy Award Nomination

After GMA's Wish Ko Lang became a semi-finalist in last year's International Emmy Awards for it's "Patawad" episode, another Philippine program made it to the Emmy's this year. This time it's ABS-CBN's primetime news program Bandila.


Bandila was nominated for the News and Current Affairs category of this year’s International Emmy Awards for it’s episode “The Subic Rape Case Promulgation”.

More than eight hundred nominations around the world were narrowed down to eight finalists, of which four newscasts and four news features were chosen as the best.

Bandila will face tough competition against these other 7 nominees:
