Rain, the Korean pop idol who won the Asian Heartthrob 2006 title, recently topped the poll conducted by Time.com to get the public's pulse on who should comprise the list of 100 Most Influential People in the World this year.

Over 200 candidates were given a rating of 1 to 100. And your #1 choice? Let it Rain! The Korean R&B phenom had almost half a million votes, over 100,000 more than runner-up Stephen Colbert. At #14, blogger Perez Hilton did much better than his namesake Paris — the socialite finished last with a limp score of 19.
