Bringing out the “gourmet” in me, this is my first time to post something about food. I noticed on some personal blogs that i visit occasionally, they include the food they eat as one of their daily topics. They post photos of these delectable dishes in various presentations and you can’t help yourself but hear the grumble of your stomach and salivate.

Now its my turn, and the first dish that i will feature is the very infamous “IUD” or barbecued chicken intestines hehehe. Mahilig kasi ako sa street foods e and i really like these ihaw-ihaw stuffs. Sa side ng Sta. Ana church sa Taguig, merong isang tindahan ng sari-saring inihaw like pork barbecue, adidas, inihaw na tenga ng baboy, isaw, dugo at siyempre my favorite – the hepalicious IUD. And i swear, ito na ang pinakamasarap na IUD na natikman ko! Tamang-tama ang luto, manamis-namis ang timpla at medyo maanghang ng konti ang sawsawan.

O di ba? Walang ganyan sa States!!!

Sabi nga ng tita ko, kahit noong panahon ng hapon na walang makain hindi daw nila nakuhang kumain ng bituka at paa ng manok samantalang ako sarap na sarap hehehe.

Naka-anim akong IUD at isang stick ng tenga ng baboy. Kung sasali ako sa Fear Factor at ang challenge ay kumain ng IUD at isaw, sisiw!
