Catherine Untalan, candidate no. 18 (1st from left), wins Miss Philippines-Earth 2006 and she will be our representative for the Miss Earth pageant to be held in Chile this November. Once again they chose the tallest candidate for the crown, just like Raagas (last year’s winner), Untalan is also the tallest candidate this year. But aside from being the tallest, Catherine wins the crown because she has given the best answer in the final question and answer portion of the pageant.
