“Nag-Aapoy Na Damdamin,” one of the two new afternoon drama offerings of ABS-CBN Entertainment and TV5 that premiered last Tuesday (July 25), opened with a series of deaths that will disturb the lives of its lead stars JC de Vera (Philip), Ria Atayde (Melinda), Tony Labrusca (Lucas), and Jane Oineza (Olivia).

The pilot episode’s shocking twist and turns featuring its guest stars Jeffrey Santos (Severino), Lovely Rivero (Elena), and Richard Quan (Javier) who all gave excellent portrayal enthralled viewers and resulted in #NagAapoyNaDamdamin and also Tony Labrusca immediately becoming top trending topics on Twitter. 

Netizens praised the stars’ intense acting and thrilling plot. “Umpisa pa lang, dami ng plot twist. Daming aabangan dito. Nakakapanabik ang bawat pangyayari ng kwento,” posted @_clydejeconiah. “A round of applause to @tonythesharky @akosijcdeberat for today’s pilot episode for their wild acting!” he said in another tweet.

“Napaka tragic naman ng nangyari sa family ni JC, kaya pala magiging monster sya dito,” said @pookiepay. 

Jane’s prosthetics for her Olivia character was also praised by netizens. “Ibigay natin kela Direk FM Reyes sa tulong ng JRB team ang pagiging metikuloso sa prosthetics ni Olivia (Jane Oineza),” @OfficialKpex posted. 

“Nag-Aapoy Na Damdamin” airs after “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,” another riveting drama series by ABS-CBN and TV5 starring Loisa Andalio, Charlie Dizon, Alexa Ilacad, and Elisse Joson.
