‘Honor Thy Father’ Starring John Lloyd Cruz – TIFF Trailer
The new Erik Matti film “Honor Thy Father” has been getting some buzz lately. First, it was rejected by the Metro Manila Film Festival committee to become an official entry to this year’s MMFF. Second, the much-awaited movie will have its world premiere at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival this September.
So here are the things you need to know about this movie: It’s a John Lloyd Cruz-starrer making this film even more interesting. It’s a suspense thriller about “a pair of married white-collar swindlers clashing with their latest victims.” It also stars Meryl Soriano and Tirso Cruz III.
