Ms. Boots Anson-Rodrigo is in character this morning as Lola Basyang to tell the story of “Ang Plawtin ni Perikin” (by Severino Reyes) to the kids of Burnham Park vendors here at Bahay Masigasig, Philippine Military Academy, Fort del Pilar in Baguio City, Sunday, August 2, 2015.

Aside from the read-along, the kids (around 30 of them) were treated with fun games and prizes. Each one also received a gift from Lola B.

The event was made possible by The Idea First Company, TV5 and the Alagang Kapatid Foundation.

Ms. Boots’ values-oriented program “LolaBasyang.com” airs at 7:00pm every Saturday on TV5.
