Marian Rivera vs Angel Locsin Starting Jan 27

Beginning January 27, two superstars from rival networks--Marian Rivera and Angel Locsin--are set to collide on Philippine primetime with the premiere of their teleserye "Carmela" and "The Legal Wife," respectively.

There are speculations that Locsin’s “The Legal Wife” will be pitted by ABS-CBN to the timeslot of Rivera’s “Carmela” because both teleseryes cater to mature televiewers and these shows usually air on the second half of the primetime block. If this will happen, the rivalry between the two superstars and their legions of followers will surely intensify, giving us a battle that will size up to the rivalry of Nora Aunor and Vilma Santos decades ago.

Now let me leave you a proposition. If the two programs will air on the same timeslot, which show are you going to watch?

Angel Locsin you are the best actress of your generation iyak mo palang tumatatak na. I don’t think it is right to compare Angel and Marian as Nora and Vilma of their generation as it is so obvious that Marian is not a Calibre actress and she hasn’t proven herself unlike Angel who has received many awards from a different award giving bodies not to mention her being one of the nominee of Emmy International makes her way way much better than Marian. I would rather agree if Angel would be compared with Bea as hindi sila nagkakalayo magaling den si Bea but Marian? Totally and definitely disagree.
