PH bet Cindy Miranda failed to win the 8th Miss Tourism Queen International crown Thursday night in China but made it as one of the 10 finalists.

Former Miss World contestant, Miss Latvia Alisa Miskovska, won the title during the coronation night of Miss Tourism Queen International (TQI) 2013 held on Thursday, October 3, in Xianning, China.

Miss South Africa and Miss China placed 2nd and 3rd respectively. Completing the Top 5 are Miss Korea (4th) and Miss Portugal (5th).

The China-based pageant was participated by 43 delegates around the world.

The first and last time the Philippines won in Miss Tourism Queen International was in 2006 courtesy of Justine Vinluan Gabionza.
