Coping with Death of Relative in ‘SOCO’

How do family and friends move on from the loss of a loved one due to murder? How will they find strength to celebrate Christmas amidst grief?

In the special Christmas episode of “SOCO” this Saturday (Dec 22), Gus Abelgas checks on families who are coping with death, including a seven-year old girl who has been severely traumatized after witnessing her father kill his very own grandmother.

Also to be featured is the story of the Dela Cruz family who is still grieving over the death of their breadwinner Julieta, a tutor who was killed by the driver of one of her students.

Gus also looks into the survivor story of KC, who lived through an attack by a minor who also killed his friend. His next crusade is to look for justice for his deceased friend because the suspect remains at large.

Miraflor, meanwhile, is still trying to heal the pain from witnessing her former live-in partner killing her mother and two siblings. Miraflor said she wishes she was brave enough to leave the relationship when the suspect kept on beating her up.
