World’s Oldest Woman Shares Secret

World's oldest woman--Besse Cooper--has just turned 116 over the weekend.

Besse Cooper was certified by the Guinness World Records as the world’s oldest living woman on Sunday when she celebrated her 116th birthday at a home facility in Georgia.

Born in 1896, Cooper revealed her secrets to longevity.

“I mind my own business and I don’t eat junk food,” she said.

The feat made Cooper the eight person in the world to reach that age.

Meanwhile, French woman Jeanne Calment holds the record “World’s Oldest Woman Ever Lived.” She died on August 4, 1997 at the age of 122.
