Shamcey Supsup is a regal beauty during the pre-recorded national costume presentation in Miss Universe 2011.

The 89 Miss Universe candidates pre-recorded the national costumes presentation at Credicard Hall in Brazil which is set to be aired during the opening segment of the Miss Universe pageant on September 12, 2011 (September 13 in Manila).

    … shamcey deserves a better costume than this… the top was great.. dainty..but over a lamae with hollographic Butterflies…wee.. kahit sa probinsya. taob na taob iyan… its so fancy… buti na lang maganda talaga si shamcey at slim.. bumabagay pa rin sa kanya kahit papanu… tapos may crown pa… ..white top with pearl accessories… embroidered pa ata.. tapos.. imatch sa fancy concept.. ..tsk sana ako lang ang mali… ayaw ko …opinion ko lang.. Go shamcey.. goodluck pa rin magaling ka naman eh.. kaya mo iyan
