According to Box Office Mojo, Star Cinema's Tenement 2 starring Maricel Soriano topped Philippine Box Office last weekend with a haul of P20.52 million.

But the Star Cinema Booking and Distribution Department has a different figure. According to the ABS-CBN film outfit, Tenement 2 raked in an estimated gross ticket sales of P28 million nationwide on its first 2 days.

And according to SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon Wednesday night, T2 surpassed the P40 million mark since it opened last Saturday until Tuesday.

Tenement 2 stars Maricel Soriano, Derek Ramsay, Eric Fructuoso, Carmen Soo, Tetchie Agbayani, Camille Prats and Mika dela Cruz (younger sister of Angelika dela Cruz).

The Chito Roño horror movie is still showing in theaters.

The GMA Films’ horror movie “Sundo”, on the other hand, has now earned P48.25 million on its 3rd week of screening. The Topel Lee horror movie is topbilled by Robin Padilla, Rhian Ramos and Sunshine Dizon.
