In 2006, Pantene launched a multi-media campaign themed "most beautiful women" as topbilled by Ruffa Gutierrez, Angel Aquino, Gretchen Barretto and Dawn Zulueta. This year, Pantene is re-launching the "most beautiful" campaign but this time, Dawn Zulueta and Angel Aquino are no longer in the picture. They were replaced by two kapamilya superstars, Judy Ann Santos and Claudine Barretto.

Preview magazine spearheaded the “most beautiful 2008” campaign by publishing a cover story with a matching pictorial filled with elegance and grandeur. Photographed by Jeanne Young, Manila’s Most Beautiful this 2008 are Gretchen Barretto, Judy Ann Santos, Claudine Barretto and Ruffa Gutierrez.
