Mariel Rodriguez has been in-charge of the yellow big house while Big Brother is out to attend an important business matter. Being the "Big Sis", Mariel is assigned for the decision making concerning the house and the celebrity housemates. During Mariel's time as Big Sister, Reyna ng Patawa Gladys Guevarra expressed her desire to exit the house after failing to participate in the last task. “Hindi ko kaya. Hindi ako makasabay sa inyo. Feeling ko kahapon pa andami kong sinuway. Hindi deserve ni kuya yun… Late nako. Kayo na ‘to. Ayoko na maging competitive,” Gladys explained to her fellow housemates.

The PBB website reported that Gladys finally left the house Monday night.
