Hindi bomba (It wasn't a bomb explosion) ang sumabog sa Glorietta 2 noong October 19, ito ang naging conclusion ng mga bomb experts mula sa Estados Unidos (FBI), Australia (Australian Federal Police) at Israel. After the Foreign Experts ruled out the bomb angle in Glorieta blast, the peso closed to 7-year high of P43.85 against the dollar.

The foreign bomb experts from the said 3 countries assisted the local investigators in finding out the cause of the explosion in Makati City which killed 11 people and inured 120 others. Their statements bolstered police theory that the incident was a result of industrial failure and not a terrorist attack.
