There will be no more Best Male and Female Performance categories in this year’s MTV Movie awards, they are consolidated into one major category which is the “Best Performance” award. It’s going to be one heck of a battle between the ladies: Reese Witherspoon (Walk the Line), Rachel McAdams (Red Eye); the men: Steve Carell (40 Year Old Virgin), Terrence Howard (Hustle and Flow), and the homos: Jake Gyllenhaal (Brokeback Mountain) hehehe. Kidding aside, i am not in favor of this idea because men have different intensity than women and therefore they should have different acting categories. What do u think guys?
