Tonight, some people are suspecting that the producers are cooking a shock elimination of some sort to create buzz and boost ratings. But tonight's not the night. The contestant expected to get eliminated tonight was indeed eliminated.

Do i still need to continue this article? I tried not to post any American Idol article today because Starmometer crashed early this morning because of it. And i’m blaming David – both Davids of American Idol. I suspect their popularity created a cyber tsunami that swamped a considerable amount of traffic in Starmometer at a certain time this morning. But of course, it’s not their fault. 🙂
