MANILA, PHILIPPINES, October 10, 2025–NYMA President and Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista and NYMA Chief Operating Officer Kat Bautista have recently won back-to-back awards for their content and leadership, cementing the couple as emerging leaders in the creative industry and the Filipino creator economy.
Christian recently won a Silver W3 Award in the Social Content Series—Fashion & Beauty category for his Christian Bautista’s Matching Outfits series, a series of online videos where he “accidentally on purpose” matches his wife Kat’s outfits. The series, which has garnered millions of views on Instagram and TikTok, won the public over thanks to its lighthearted tone, nods to pop music, the couple’s stylish outfits, and Christian and Kat’s adorable chemistry.
The w3 Awards is one of the world’s leading digital media competitions, celebrating creative excellence in the digital landscape. Since 2005, the w3 Awards has honored excellence in digital content, design and experiences, recognizing brands, agencies, institutions and independent creators who set trends, break boundaries and shape the digital landscape.
The w3 Awards is evaluated by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an assembly of industry leaders from acclaimed brands, agencies and institutions like Walt Disney Studios,
Groove Jones, PepsiCo, The National Gallery of Art, McCann, Netflix, IBM, Deloitte Digital, LG and WONGDOODY among many others.
NYMA Chief Operating Officer Kat Bautista was also recently named a winner of the Global Women of Influence Awards 2025. The Global Women of Influence Awards is a multidisciplinary award celebrating women from different industries and their contributions to the advancement and empowerment of women. Kat was honored for her trailblazing work in the country’s talent management and digital industries, for her work supporting and empowering next-generation creators and women leaders, and for her advocacy work, donating NYMA’s profits to build homes for 50 families in need.
Kat is also set to judge the upcoming Webby Awards, considered as one of the most coveted for creators and organizations online as it celebrates the best of the Internet and online media.
Christian and Kat show no signs of slowing down, with Christian currently promoting new tracks, Rainbow (a remake of the South Border classic with Indonesian artist Raisa) and Let Love Be The Gift with food content creator and NYMA talent Abi Marquez and making new music.
“Working with Kat at NYMA has been such a fulfilling journey, as it’s allowed me to share my experience working in the entertainment industry with emerging and leading creators while opening up opportunities for me to learn about content creation and the changing media landscape,” shared Christian. “That exchange has brought a new energy to my work. Winning a w3 award for this series shows how I’m evolving as an artist, how complimentary our strengths are, and how well we work together.”
Meanwhile, Kat continues to work closely with NYMA’s talents to bring them opportunities not just for creation and collaboration but also for growth and lifelong learning.
“It’s encouraging because people are noticing what we’re doing differently at NYMA,” said Kat. “Our focus allows us to unlock new opportunities for our talents and encourage collaboration between them and with our partners. Our hope is to encourage that industry or niche depth in our talents, while encouraging curiosity, playfulness, and passion. As Christian’s win has proven, when you create that environment for curiosity and play, great things can blossom.”
This dynamic duo proves that the secret to winning–in business and in life–is to create with care, passion, and intention.
