Maureen Montagne Wins 2nd Miss Globe Crown for PH

After Philippines won Miss Intercontinental 2021 courtesy of Cindy Obenita, another Binibining Pilipinas queen emerged victorious!

Maureen Montagne captured the Miss Globe 2021 title on Sunday, November 6, in Tirana, Albania. She bested 50 other delegates from around the world and duplicated Ann Colis’ victory in 2015 when the country first won the Miss Globe title which is now on its 49th year.

Just like in Miss Intercontinental, the five finalists conincidentally came from each of the continents with Nigeria winning 1st runner-up for Africa, Turkey getting the 2nd runner-up crown for Europe, Venezuela finishing 3rd runner-up for South America and 4th runner-up for Canada who hails from North America. Montagne is of course representing Asia beating Miss Malaysia who won 1st place in the head to head challenge during one of the pageant’s preliminary events.
