BTS Tops Billboard Hot 100 for the 3rd Time with ‘Life Goes On’

After bagging their first Grammy Awards nomination last week for “Dynamite,” beloved K-pop group BTS continues to hit milestones. Today, their latest single “Life Goes On” debuts on top of Billboard Hot 100 becoming their third no. 1 hit on the prestigious chart after “Dynamite” and “Savage Love” cover. “Life Goes On” is also the first predominantly Korean track to top the US-based chart in history.

According to Billboard, “Life Goes On” scored 14.9 million U.S. streams and sold 150,000 in the week ending November 26th to debut at no. 1 of Hot 100 for the chart ending December 5, 2020. The group’s previous single “Dynamite” is currently at no. 3.

Meanwhile, the hashtag #LifeGoesOn1onHot100 is trending at no. 1 on Twitter worldwide as of this posting.
