Filipino-American Katrina Jayne Dimaranan, representing the United States of America, has won first runner up in the 10th edition of the Miss Supranational pageant on Saturday, December 8, held in Karpacz, Poland. Katrina also won the Best in Body award.

Valeria Vazquez of Puerto Rico was crowned as the 10th Miss Supranational. 2nd runner-up is Magdalena Bienkowska of Poland, 3rd runner-up is Wilda Octaviana Situngkir of Indonesia and 4th runner-up is Diana Romero of Mexico.
