AirAsia Travel Photographer 2016: Watch How the Finalists Compete in Macau

If I only knew how exciting the competition for the title AirAsia Travel Photographer is, I could have joined the contest. After all, it’s a photography competition among amateur photographers and interested participants only need to submit their favorite travel photos captured by DSLR, an auto-focus digital camera or even a smartphone! I will look forward to next year’s edition and will try to submit my favorite travel photos and see If I’ll make the short list.

Anyway, the 2nd AirAsia Travel Photographer contest has been recently concluded with Kimberly Pauig from Pasig City winning title this year (CLICK HERE FOR RELATED ARTICLE). She took home awesome prizes which includes 200,000 BIG points redeemable of any AirAsia Philippines’ domestic and international flights.

Pauig bested five other finalists who flew to Macau to compete in various photography challenges. Each finalist basically picked their best snaps to compete in various categories like Portrait, Architecture, Culture, Food, Moving Subject, Cityscape, and their interpretation of the word “BIG.”

Check out the third webisode of AirAsia Travel Photographer 2016 below and see the entries of the six finalists in the competition and how they were able to capture their best shots in their bid to become this year’s winner:
