For the first in Philippine franchise of the hit singing competition “The Voice”, a chair malfunctioned and the victim: first time coach Sharon Cuneta!

While 11-year-old Noel Comia is doing his blind audition for the show singing “Can This Be Love,” Sharon pushed the button to make her chair turn and face the contestant. However, the chair made a 360 degrees turn to the delight of fellow coaches Lea Salonga and Bamboo.

“Ano ‘to initiation?” the Megastar joked.

“Anak humarap ako ha! Baka isipin mo bigla kitang inirapan, nakatingin pa rin ako sa ‘yo,” she assured Noel.

“Sabi ng basher ko baka raw hindi gumalaw ang silya tignan mo gumaang ako kasi dalawang beses umikot,” she added.

The incident put Sharon on Twitter’s Top Trending topics on Sunday night, May 28.
