TV5 announces the much awaited return of the original and longest running talent show in Philippine television, "Talentadong Pinoy 2014," now hosted by Robin Padilla with Mariel Rodriguez as co-host.

Beginning August 16, Talentadong Pinoy 2014 will be making Saturday nights an awesome presentation of unique Pinoy talents. Robin will be giving the show a fresh feel as he shares the stage with the contestants while Mariel brings a new perspective beside the judges after each performance.

Talentadong Pinoy 2014 also brings back the formidable red curtain which gives power to the judges to cut a performance short if it does not elicit their approval. This time around, however, Robin is empowered to save one contestant each week if he strongly believes in the performer’s talent even when the judges have collectively voted to bring the red curtain down on him or her.

Further giving Talentadong Pinoy 2014 a dose of quick wit and humor is comedienne Tuesday Vargas, who will get personal with the contestants by interviewing their families and sharing their inspiring stories.

Finally, long time Talentadong Pinoy followers will once again be able to see raw, original and one-of-a-kind talents of Filipinos every week. True to its tradition, the show will not just feature the dancing and singing talents of the contestants but will also give opportunity to individuals who want to share their unique skills that define their individuality.

Talentadong Pinoy 2014 will air every Saturday, 7pm to 8pm, starting August 16 on TV5.
