Kim Chiu Denies ‘Dyesebel’ Project, Julia Montes Bags the Coveted Role?
The rumor about Kim Chiu as the next Dyesebel started to spread online after Philippine Star Columnist Salve Asis published a scoop about the project on December 30:
“Si Kim Chiu pala ang final choice para maging Dyesebel ng ABS-CBN. Kasalukuyan na raw nagti-training si Kim at any moment ay magti-taping sila,” Asis wrote on her column.
However, a certain Jhamer Abag posted a rhetorical question on Instagram which was denied by the “Bride for Rent” star:
“So, the newest Dyesebel is Kim Chiu? BONGGA!”
After a while, Kim Chiu replied and said “Ay, hindi po ako kuya.”
If it was the real Kim Chiu who denied the report, then who is the new “Dyesebel”?
Kristine Hermosa is out. KC Concepcion is out (somehow). And now Kim Chiu is out.
According to another report, it’s Julia Montes.

I’m doubtful if Julia Montes can give justice to the role because her real forte is heavy drama. But I’d like to see her in a different role and I miss seeing her on TV (the only teen actress- well at least for me- who has depth in acting).

let’s just wait for the ABS-CBN’s confirmation kung sino tlga ang Dyesebel. i’m sure na kung sino man ang mapili nila ay karapat-dapat sa role. i trust ABS-CBN i hope columnists will also do. wag nang magsulat ng kung ano-ano.
