Protégé Shock: Andres Vasquez, Vien Allen, David John Llanas and Steffi Pacheco Eliminated

"Protégé: The Battle for the Big Artista Break" shocked the mentors, contestants and the fans on Sunday as four hopefuls were eliminated instead of just one.

During the third elimination night of GMA-7’s “Protégé: The Battle for the Big Artista Break,” 4 contestants were sent packing. 2 hopefuls from Mega Manila and another two from Mindanao got the unexpected boot!

In Mega Manila, Roderick Paulate bid goodbye to his proteges namely Andres Vasquez (fan favorite) and Vien Allen. Phillip Salvador did the same thing as his two proteges from Mindanao–David John Llanas and Steffi Pacheco–were also eliminated.

The hashtag #ProtegeShock became one of Twitter’s Trending topics during the said episode.
