The Positive: A significant improvement from Cohen’s previous outing, Bruno, perhaps because the characters are well-defined and a story exists in a plot of silliness. Just like Borat, this film delivers a well-balanced amount of shocks and laughs.
The Negative: The premise has an opportunity to become clever but it falls short.
