Viewers of ABS-CBN’s youth-oriented program “Good Vibes” went to Facebook to express their reaction to Arron Villaflor and Kristel Moreno’s kissing scene in last week’s episode.

Arron plays Franco, the best friend of Marc (Sam Concepcion), while Kristel is Carmi, Marc’s older sister. Their secret romance is just one of many issues tackled in the show, which has been praised for imparting good values while bravely taking on the real-life problems of today’s teenagers.

Poster Jane Bubblegem said, “Grabe tlga ang epi ngayon…hot na hot!” While Nicole Quilang-Grapa Waldato commented, “panu kaya pagmalaman ni mark yan..!!!..nakunaku.”

The much-talked about episode got a 9.1 percent rating, edging out Tween Hearts, which got only 7.8 percent based on the nationwide overnight TV ratings last May 22 from Kantar Media.

This Sunday (May 29), viewers are expected to tune in again, especially because the Sinagdiwa dance crew led by Sam and Enrique Gil will finally reveal the dance routine they have been working on very hard.

Their group will face the three-time defending champion to become the best high school dance crew in the whole Metro Manila. Will their group finally make it or will they buckle under pressure?

Meanwhile. James Reid and Devon Seron recently celebrated their 18th birthday together, thanks to their fans who threw a party for them. James said he wanted another season of “Good Vibes.” Devon, meanwhile, got emotional during her turn to make a wish.

She said, “sana matapos ko pag-aaral ko at makapagtapos yung mga kapatid ko.” It is common knowledge that Devon joined Pinoy Big Brother because she wants to help send her siblings to school.

Devon also shared how much she can relate to her character in “Good Vibes.” Like her, Maribeth comes from a poor family but is working hard to reach for her dreams so she can help her family.

“I am like Maribeth, even if she’s poor, she manages to survive – and no matter what happens, she remains happy with her family,” she said.
